Randy Fowler is the founder of Identix, Inc., former Chairman, President and CEO of Identix, former Chairman of International Biometrics Association. He is on the Board of Electronic Health Plans, as well as the Board of Advisors for the University of Louisville and Rembrandt Venture Partners. Doctorate Engineering from Stanford; MS Engineering from Arizona State; BS from University of Louisville. Patents on electro-optical techniques for fingerprint analysis as well as on stability of Spacecraft systems and altitude control.
