Band of Angels Application
If you submit an application for review to the Band it will be forwarded to a Pre-Screening Committee. This committee is made up of experts from every high tech category including energy, fintech, hardware, life science/medtech, and software. The committee reviews close to 50 plans a month and selects 6 for an invitation to the Deal Screening, held on the last Wednesday of each month.

Please go to DropBox, Google Drive, Box, and similar to create a sharing link to the document. If you have revenue, in your pitch deck and/or executive summary, please include MRR, revenue, and S&M expenses for each of the past 12 months to help us assess your momentum.
Our program is designed to save entrepreneurs' time. We try to give a quick “no” and only ask you to jump though additional hoops as necessary. The Special Interest Groups (SiGs) are industry-specific meetings akin office hours and they a great way to socialize deals with the Band members in a conversational setting.
Mentor Day is an annual event where 50 startups have a 45-minute meeting with one or more Band mentors to receive feedback about the readiness of their venture for angel investment.
The Accelerators SiG members meet regularly for office hours with startups that are part of the top Bay Area accelerators, incubators, foundries, and co-working spaces.
MONTHLY DEAL MEETINGS
The formal Band presentation process consists of presenting at the Deal Screening, followed by the Band Deal Dinner in Silicon Valley and Second Look Lunch in San Francisco.
