Paul Nangeroni
Paul Nangeroni is a product and technology leader with more than two decades of experience building category-defining consumer electronics, connected-home platforms, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as a Product Leader within the Reality Labs Research division at Meta, where he works on frontier Physical AI and next-generation wearable technologies, helping bridge advances in artificial intelligence, sensing, and human-computer interaction into products that will shape the future of computing.
Paul's career began as a mechanical engineer at BAE Systems before transitioning into product leadership roles at Apple, eero, and Roku. Along the way, he helped bring several landmark products to market, including the first-generation Apple Watch and the pioneering mesh Wi-Fi systems at eero, widely recognized as the first consumer-friendly whole-home mesh networking platform. At Roku, he led teams responsible for streaming players, smart TVs, and first-party hardware strategy, contributing to products used in more than 100 million homes in the United States.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. His blend of engineering rigor, product vision, and customer-centric thinking has enabled him to lead products spanning wearables, connected homes, entertainment platforms, televisions, networking systems, and emerging AI experiences.
Outside of work, Paul lives in San Carlos with his wife and their two children. A passionate builder, traveler, and preservation advocate, he is actively involved in the stewardship of his family's historic San Carlos home and enjoys woodworking, cooking, outdoor adventures, and planning memorable experiences for his family. His interests span technology, design, history, and the intersection of innovation and everyday life.
