Julian Lighton is the CEO of Moo Pie Ventures a boutique investment and M&A advisory firm focused on the DigitalMedia, Education and Information Services and Analytics Industries. He is regarded as a subject matter expert intechnology related M&A and deal structuring working extensively with PE firms including, Hellman & Friedman, Francisco Partners, Providence Equity Partners, General Atlantic, One Equity Partners, Summit Equity andReverence Capital.He has been a board advisor to several highly successful startups including Plex, Philo and Pepper.Julianis four-time Chief Strategy Officer and Head of M&A at public scale technology companies -Neustar, TiVo,Outerwall (taken private with Apollo Global) and Corsair (going public in 2020) and, also at leadingEdtech companyRenaissance Learning (selling the company from Hellman & Friedman to Francisco Partners).
