Pramod Dabir is Managing Partner of Open Doors Partners, a private investment firm he founded in 2017. The firm invests across artificial intelligence and compute infrastructure, aerospace and defense, next-generation energy, financial technology, and enterprise software, using special-purpose vehicles for private-market investments. Its portfolio includes OpenAI, Lambda, Cerebras, Crusoe, Anduril, SpaceX, Impulse Space, Boom, Valar Atomics, Kalshi, Aven, Perplexity, and Replit.

Pramod previously founded and led West Agile Labs, a global digital product engineering company that grew to more than 400 people before a private-equity-backed exit. He later served as President of Veltris, whose work spans data and AI, engineering R&D, embedded systems, cloud, and chip-to-cloud product development. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs and TA Associates. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
