Gyan Tiwary is a veteran technology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience founding, operating, and scaling technology startups.
Having navigated the full startup-to-exit lifecycle multiple times, his core strengths include strategic M&A, global operational scaling, and transitioning early-stage technology into high-volume, commercially viable enterprises. As CEO of Savanne Holdings, he currently focuses on strategic acquisitions, executive guidance, and the operational restructuring of semiconductor assets to maximize valuation and market potential.
His track record of driving shareholder value is anchored by a series of successful exits. Gyan founded Simple Silicon and led it through its acquisition by iWatt Inc., where he later served as a senior executive. At iWatt, he played a key role in the company’s IPO S-1 filing and its subsequent acquisition by Dialog Semiconductor. Earlier in his career, he was a pre-seed employee at EPIC Design, contributing to its successful IPO and eventual acquisition by Synopsys. He began his career at Intel as a key designer for Intel’s RISC and Pentium microprocessors.
Gyan holds an MSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, and is the holder of three patents in semiconductor design.
