ART OF THE DEAL session, hosted by the Enterprise Software/AI SiG, will be held prior to the Deal Dinner on Wednesday, June 17th at 4:30pm at the Fremont Hills Country Club in Los Altos Hills. The session will feature special guest speaker, co-founder of Tech Coast Angels (now Tech Coast Angels Venture Group), former Angel Capital Association (ACA) Board Member, and Chair of ACA Data Analytics Committee, John Harbison. John will summarize the recently published "Improving Angel Returns: A Data‑Driven Playbook” by the Angel Capital Association. He will highlight key findings, practical recommendations for improving angel IRRs (selection, diligence, capital discipline, board engagement, and follow‑on strategy), and a Q&A to help investors apply the playbook. The event will end around 5:30pm and transition into the cocktail reception for the Band dinner. This is a Band member event only.
