The Energy SiG will meet on Tuesday, March 28th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Larry Kelly’s office (1060 La Avenida, Mountain View). Guest speaker: Haris Boko, Advisor to the Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar of Croatia and family friend of Band member Erich Horn. Haris, a PhD in Electrical Engineering and former Dean of an international business school, will talk on energy in Europe and worldwide, particularly highlighting how energy is "what keeps the EU together". As a government executive, Haris was instrumental in Croatia's assent into the EU and NATO. As a bonus, Haris will present the world's fastest electric car (made in Croatia) and the site of the world's first three phase electrical grid (also in Croatia).
