Thomas Taylor

Tom Taylor joined CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) in June 2002 to spearhead the company’s expansion of services in Silicon Valley, including tenant representation, corporate services, industrial services and investment brokerage. He represents high-tech tenants and institutional owners. Over the past two years he has handled transactions valued at more than $500 million. Recent transactions include the lease of 130,000 SF to NetLogic, the lease of 135,627 SF to Genesys Telecommunications, the lease of 53,889 SF to F5 Networks, and the lease of 51,505 SF to TriQuint Semiconductor. In addition, he has leased over 4,000,000 SF since 2004 and sold 200 acres of industrial land. In 2010, Tom was the top broker in the Silicon Valley office, and among the Top 100 nationwide within the company. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, Tom was ranked #3 in all brokerage houses throughout Silicon Valley and was elected to the ASVB Broker Hall of Fame. Tom has been a top producer throughout his career, which began at Bishop Hawk, Inc. in 1986 and continued at Grubb & Ellis (which acquired Bishop Hawk in 1998.)
