Scott Graybeal

Scott Graybeal is COO of Dragonfly Group, a hybrid real estate solutions company that provides an integrated system of properties, technologies and services designed to improve the real estate experience for investors, residents and communities. He is also CEO of Vert, a subsidiary of Dragonfly Group, which is modernizing the home design process by developing panelized homes intended to reduce construction time while introducing innovative construction methods and materials. Previously, Scott was Senior Vice President of Flex Energy Solutions (NASDAQ: FLEX), a Fortune Global 500 company that provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight, and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries and end-markets. In his role, he was responsible for Flex Energy Solutions. Under his leadership this market grew from $350 million to become a $2 billion business for Flex. He spearheaded the acquisition of NEXTracker, one of the largest solar equipment M&A deals for the solar industry in recent memory. Altogether, Scott expanded global operations into new geographies including Asia and Latin America, and launched two new product lines within the Solar and Energy Storage portfolios. Prior to joining Flex, he served as the head of business development at Intevac, where he led the company’s global sales team in the successful proliferation of disruptive solar cell manufacturing technologies in Europe and China. Prior to that, he was head of the Americas region for Oerlikon Solar where he was instrumental in helping to shape early solar policy development in Latin America and led global technical support, service operations, and global strategic accounts at Veeco Instruments. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in positions of increasing responsibility at Applied Materials and GE. Scott holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He served in the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and earned three Navy Achievement Medals and two battle efficiency awards.
